Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Delle Nazioni - Valentini Family Village, I had the opportunity to indulge in a culinary experience that impressed me. The hotel's main restaurant, Osteria Bunaza, captured my attention with its thoughtful ambiance reminiscent of a cozy Kenyan bistro, complete with local art and warm lighting. For breakfast, the buffet offered a rich variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and well-prepared dishes that cater to diverse tastes; I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked bread paired with savory spreads. As a wildlife conservationist, I appreciate when establishments prioritize local sourcing, a sentiment echoed in the flavorful ingredients showcased in their meals. One evening, I ventured to Caffe Riviera, just a short stroll from the hotel, where the aroma of Italian coffee and freshly prepared pastries drew me in. My experience there, sitting under the soft glow of lights, reminded me of the communal dining culture back home in Nairobi. Delle Nazioni stands out for its commitment to authentic flavors, making it a worthy destination for travelers eager to explore rich culinary traditions within a comfortable and inviting setting.
